We are living in a time when trauma is everywhere.

People are seeking support, healing, coaching, therapy, social services, ceremony, and transformation at unprecedented rates.

Yet many of the people leading those spaces were never taught how trauma actually impacts the nervous system, relationships, trust, communication, learning, or transformation itself.

Too often, well-intentioned leaders unknowingly cause harm.

Clients are re-traumatized.

Power goes unchecked.

Cultural identities are overlooked.

Boundaries become blurred.

And many facilitators are guiding others into places they have not yet explored within themselves.

I've spent over a decade at the intersection of healing, leadership, social justice, facilitation, and transformation.

As a survivor, advocate, educator, entrepreneur, and ceremonial practitioner, I've witnessed both the profound healing that becomes possible when people feel genuinely safe—and the damage that occurs when safety, humility, ethics, and self-awareness are absent.

I believe the future belongs to leaders who are willing to do their own inner work.

My work exists to help build that future.

I've spent over a decade at the intersection of healing, leadership, social justice, facilitation, and transformation.

Long before "trauma-informed" became a buzzword, I was working alongside human trafficking survivors, supporting hundreds of healing journeys, building educational programs, and asking the difficult questions about what truly helps people heal AND what actually causes more harm.

As a survivor, advocate, educator, business advisor, and ceremonial practitioner, I've witnessed both the profound healing that becomes possible when people feel genuinely safe and the damage that occurs when power, humility, ethics, and self-awareness are absent.

I have been on both sides of the coin being re-traumatized by therapist, coaches, & medicine facilitators including my main teacher... as well as being the one who accidentally embarrassed a student once unknowingly & with the best of intentions.

Both were hard pills to swallow yet necessary for my soul work development. 

My work has been shaped not only by professional training, but by real lived experience.

I've seen firsthand how trauma impacts individuals, families, communities, organizations, and movements. I've also seen what becomes possible when people are met with dignity, cultural responsiveness, accountability, and genuine care.

This work is not about creating perfect leaders.

It's about creating responsible ones.

Leaders willing to do their own inner work.

Leaders who understand the weight of influence.

Leaders who recognize that transformation is not something we do to people, but something we create conditions for.
